Penny Eggert

Penny has been an integral part of R’Club for over 40 years, dedicating her career to supporting the growth and development of the agency’s 300+ childcare staff. Her exceptional contributions have shaped R’Club’s training programs and enhanced the professional development of childcare providers within and beyond the organization.
Penny’s key roles and responsibilities include:
• Training Coordination: Penny oversees and coordinates training opportunities for all R’Club childcare staff, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles.
• Leadership Development: Her primary focus is on supervisory and leadership skill-building, fostering strong, capable leaders within the organization.
• Workplace Issues Training: Penny also addresses workplace challenges, offering valuable insights and solutions to improve communication and collaboration.
• Preservice Training: She plays a pivotal role in preparing new hires, guiding them through preservice training to ensure a strong start at R’Club.
Penny’s certifications and achievements include:
• Certified Red Cross Instructor: Penny trains staff in vital safety protocols, including CPR and First Aid.
• Community Involvement: Beyond R’Club, Penny trains childcare workers throughout the community and has presented at the prestigious Florida After School Alliance Conference.
Her Educational Background includes a BA in Human Development and an AA in Early Childhood Development.

Craig Lawrence

Craig Lawrence brings over 30 years of experience to R’Club’s Training Department, specializing in highly interactive and engaging training sessions. His expertise spans a wide range of topics, including:

JoeAnna Neeley

JoeAnna has been a valued member of R’Club for over 21 years, bringing extensive experience and a passion for developing new staff and enhancing workplace dynamics. Her contributions have played a significant role in the professional growth of R’Club’s team and the success of its programs.
JoeAnna’s key roles and responsibilities include:
• Preservice Training: JoeAnna guides new hires through R’Club’s preservice training program, ensuring they are well-prepared and confident in their roles.
• Workplace Training: She provides training on workplace issues, with a focus on effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Mentoring and Coaching: JoeAnna mentors and coaches all new hires, offering support and guidance as they transition into their positions.
• Technical Assistance: She provides hands-on technical assistance in the field, addressing challenges and enhancing team effectiveness.
JoeAnna is also a certified Red Cross CPR/First Aid instructor,equipping staff with lifesaving skills, including CPR and First Aid training, contributing to a safer environment for R’Club’s children and staff.

Nina All

With over 18 years of dedicated service at R’Club, Nina has grown from a Group Leader to Director, a role she held for more than a decade before transitioning into the Training Department. In her current position, she plays a vital role in staff development and organizational success by overseeing:
• New Hire Orientation – Ensuring all new staff receive comprehensive onboarding.
• All-Staff Training Sessions – Conducting engaging and informative workshops.
• Director & Assistant Support Groups – Leading specialized support groups for Preschool, School-Age, and Middle School programs.
• Curriculum Development & Summer Program Planning – Designing enriching activities for children.
• Workplace Safety & Diversity Initiatives – Promoting inclusive and secure environments.
• Customer Service Enhancement – Elevating service standards across programs.
Nina works hands-on with staff in the field, providing coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure their success. Her unwavering commitment to professional growth and staff development makes her an invaluable asset to R’Club.
